Did you know that Teen Challenge could receive a charitable donation from your place of employment? Many corporations and foundations offer financial grants (charitable donations) to worthy organizations. Because your organization knows and trusts you, your recommendation of Teen Challenge will make all the difference!
As Teen Challenge continues to grow, grant funding along with the support of individuals and churches provide for operating costs, supplies, transportation, and allows local centers to implement new programs and projects. Given the amount of funding available to non-profit organizations and the amount of work required to create a good grant proposal, we focus our efforts and attention to local and national foundations and corporate giving programs where Teen Challenge has the best chance at receiving funding.
What is a good fit?
A good fit for Teen Challenge is a foundation or corporate giving program that gives money or supplies specifically to:
- Organizations where employees volunteer
- Organizations providing services to children/youth
- Organizations providing services to women
- Organizations providing services to the poor/homeless/disadvantaged
- Organizations providing substance abuse services
- Organizations providing missions or Christian services
What’s next?
If your company, organization or foundation offers funds to non-profit organizations there is a good chance that Teen Challenge can receive funding! You can:
- Contact your Corporate Giving Department or Foundation for a grant application, further guidelines and eligibility requirements
- Contact your local Teen Challenge Center. Because each center has specific projects and needs, Teen Challenge will be able to further determine eligibility for specific funding opportunities.
